FAQ: Why does eXchange WALL's event log report 550 (no relay) errors when sending messages to the Internet?


Internet Service Providers restrict who is allowed to send through them. If you are seeing error entries describing 550 errors in the event log this may be due to your ISP's SMTP server not recognizing you as a valid sender.
