FAQ: How do I attach a disclaimer or other text to every message going to the Internet?


In the eXchange WALL Administration program open the Rules section:

eXchange WALL Configuration Rules

Click the Add Rule button on the toolbar.

The Rules Wizard will appear.

Step 1: Specify Conditions


Select where message is from local users.

Click Next.

Step 2: Specify Actions


Select insert specified text in message body.

The action should now appear in the Rule Description box. From the Rule Description box, click the action. A dialog will appear letting you specify the text to insert.

Click Next.

Step 3: Specify Exceptions


Click Next.

Step 4: Finish


Enter a name for the rule and a short description and click the Finish button.
