The Event Log describes the activity of eXchange WALL and is an important resource in determining if the product is
performing correctly and to help you track down any problems that may arise. Events are automatically removed from
the log based on the expiration value you set in Monitoring Settings.
tip
Any event that is related to a message has its message Id displayed in the Message Id column. Performing a search
on a particular message Id gives you that message's complete processing history. To quickly perform such a search, right-click
one of the events associated with the message you are interested in and click Search Message Id when the popup menu appears.

| Export Event Log | Exports the Event Log to a text file that may be read using any text editor.
If you have performed a search then only
the events that match the search criteria will be exported. |

| Clear Event Log | Removes all events from the Event Log. |

 | Detail event. Detail events are informational events and are only reported
if enabled in Monitoring Settings. |

category
Displays the component that logged the event.
message Id
If an event is associated with a particualr message then its Id is displayed as well. You can search for all events of a particular message by
selecting one of the events and clicking the right mouse button.
